Notify the Corporate Secretary that your home is for sale and provide your agent's contact information.

Once your home is on the market, a Seller's Liaison will be assigned by the Marketing Committee to assist you and the listing agent, if needed. The Seller's Liaison uses a different/separate checklist to ensure everything is completed in an orderly fashion.

Please review the following documents, which will assist you in providing information the new owner may need.

If you prefer to review/download ALL seller documents in one packet, select Seller's Information Packet

Review the Seller's Letter ... We're sorry you're leaving and thank you for your contributions to BRCA.
