Our home inspector identified several repairs needed to the property we are considering. Will the Association take responsibility for addressing these issues?

Please send your home inspection report for evaluation by email to the Architectural Standards Committee at BRCAhomeinspections@gmail.com or by mail to the Architectural Standards Chair, 1 Stony Ridge, Asheville, NC 28804. The committee will notify you and the seller of items that the Association will and will not address.
